For the quieter side of progress

A companion that takes recovery as seriously as training.

Your sleep, heart rate and activity tell part of the story. Sauvo brings them together with the context of your day, so you can give recovery the attention it deserves.

One wearable is enough. A second is optional.

A few things you might be wondering

Good questions.

Do I need two wearables?

No. One wearable is enough for the experience we’re building. An additional source is optional. We’ll confirm which connections are available before your beta invite.

Can I join with any wearable?

Yes, owners of any wearable are welcome on the waitlist. Selecting a device expresses interest; it doesn’t confirm that a connection is available today.

Will Sauvo tell me when I can run again?

No. Sauvo brings your trends and recorded restrictions together. It doesn’t diagnose an injury, prescribe rest or decide when you’re ready to run. Follow your clinician’s guidance.

What happens after I join?

We’ll save your interest and email you about connection availability and your invite when a suitable beta place is available. The beta will be free. You won’t be asked for health data on this page.
